RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Within 30 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in clean condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at cs@millcitymercantile.com. For damaged or defective items, please include photos and proof of purchase when contacting us. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
After 30 Days
Returns due to a defect in materials or workmanship (normal wear and tear excluded) will be repaired or replaced. If the original item is no longer available, we will provide a substitute of comparable quality and value. Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Mill City Mercantile.
